The Shortlist Verdict guarantee

The Shortlist Verdict carries its own guarantee, in addition to the 30-day policy above:

If we can't show you at least three specific changes that would materially improve how your CV reads, we'll refund you in full.

This is the same promise made on the Shortlist Verdict page. To claim under it, email support@careerexpert.ai within 30 days of delivery. The 30-day money-back guarantee continues to apply to all our other digital products.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@careerexpert.ai with:

• Your order number or the email address used for purchase;
• The product you'd like refunded.

That's it. No lengthy forms or complicated processes.

What we'd appreciate (but don't require)

While not required for your refund, we'd genuinely value knowing what didn't meet your expectations. Your feedback helps us improve our products for future customers. You can share as much or as little as you'd like.

Processing time

• Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days;
• Funds usually appear in your account within 5–7 business days (depending on your bank);
• We'll email confirmation once your refund is processed.

What happens after a refund

• You'll lose access to the digital products;
• Any downloaded materials should be deleted;
• You're welcome to purchase again in the future if you change your mind.

Exceptions

Our 30-day guarantee covers all products except:

• Products explicitly marked as "non-refundable" (currently none);
• Fraudulent or abusive refund requests.
